The over 1,400 business partners and a highly structured Career Center support the development of tomorrow’s managers. “Rome Business School is not just a place of learning, but an ecosystem where education, networking, and professional growth merge to shape the leaders of tomorrow,” says Marco Regoli, Head of the Career Center at Rome Business School.
Recognizing that every study path is different and leads to different goals, the Career Center works on 7 tailored paths, each designed to respond to the different career stages of each student, with personalized meetings, interview simulations, workshops, and sessions with career coaches, HR experts, and recruiters. Students can choose from: Career Starter, ideal for those looking to stand out in their first work experiences; Career Mover, for those seeking international opportunities; Career Advancer, for those wanting vertical career growth; and Career Propeller, aimed at MBAs, to launch a business or continue an ascending career. The results of this support are evident: 77.57% of students stated that the Career Center enhanced their employability advantage.

The geographical composition of students reflects an evolving global landscape: 64% come from Europe, with a slight decrease compared to 2023, while the presence of Asian students has grown to 15% of the total (+4% compared to the previous year). 11% come from America, and 9% from Africa, with minimal changes confirming the diversification of the talent pool that chooses RBS for their managerial education.
Internationalism is one of RBS’s key pillars, creating environments of sharing and cultural understanding, and offering students the chance to engage with an international faculty and global companies like Accenture, IBM, and Coca-Cola. This international network further strengthens the value of the educational experience, offering students a rich context of networking and professional growth opportunities.
