This program on fair employability is dedicated to the Rome Business School Alumni community.

The job market today has become even more complex. Whether you are looking for a new job or want to better understand your positioning on the market, it is extremely important to understand how awareness of topics related to intercultural communication, diversity and inclusion, gender equalities, valorization of one’s uniqueness in terms of experiences and sensitivity towards social themes is very important in today’s world of work.

The three Fair Employability workshops aim to develop awareness of these important topics.
