    Over 26 years of experience as an Export Manager, Entrepreneur, and Project & Operations Manager, with a focus on enterprise software applications and professional services. Passionate about Project Management, particularly in the Information Technology sector, he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). In 2005, he co-founded Comtaste S.r.l., an IT consulting firm where he still serves as CEO, primarily overseeing strategic projects for the company and directly managing key clients, including several multinationals such as Adobe, Google, and HP. In 2019, he founded TS Mood S.r.l., an innovative startup operating in the online booking sector for tourism.     With over 18 years of professional experience in brand strategy and communication, Elisa Barbieri is a bilingual branding expert and educator currently serving as Professor of Digital Branding at Santa Reparata International School of Art in Florence. She also lectures at the Rome Business School and IED (Istituto Europeo di Design) in both Milan and Florence. She holds an Honours degree in International Communication from the University for Foreigners of Perugia and completed advanced studies at the Miami Ad School Europe in Hamburg, where she specialized in Account Planning. He received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and has additionally taken extensive graduate coursework in Counseling Psychology at New York University. Marshall enjoyed a 12-year career in diverse business and finance sectors in the U.S. and Europe. He has worked on Wall Street on investment banking and risk arbitrage for firms like Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette as well as in trading for BNP Paribas. He further worked in the areas of corporate management, marketing strategy, management consulting, and real estate and he is also a Trained Group Counselor. Mr. Ermigiotti holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication from LUISS Business School and a Bachelor's in European Studies from the University of Essex. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles in major Italian digital media groups, including Triboo Media and Gruppo HTML, directing editorial strategy for publications such as Webnews, HTML.it, and Leonardo.it.     Valentino Megale is a tech entrepreneur, biologist, and innovation advocate specializing in mental well-being through immersive technologies and data monitoring. He is the CEO and co-founder of Softcare Studios, a digital health startup that leverages advanced technologies to enhance medical treatments and support patients’ mental health. Valentino has over 7 years of professional experience in the digital health sector. He holds a PhD in Neuropharmacology from the "D’Annunzio" University of Chieti, with international experience in Austria and France. He is also an online lecturer in immersive technologies at the Web Marketing Festival and serves as Program Director and lecturer at Rome Business School. His academic background spans 6 years, focusing on neuropharmacology and biotechnology.     Silvia Melandri is a legal consultant & Senior Lawyer expert and lecturer with over 25 years of professional experience in civil, commercial, and international law. She currently teaches International Business Law and related subjects. A graduate of LUISS Guido Carli University (Law, 1999), she earned her degree summa cum laude with a thesis in industrial law. Ms. Melandri has taught at the University of Tuscia as “Cultore della materia” and delivered specialized legal training for institutions including Banca Esperia and Ospedale Belcolle.​ Admitted to the legal profession in 2003, she has served as legal consultant and litigator for leading Italian firms and international clients such as Lloyd’s of London, Ralph Lauren, and SNAM Rete Gas, with expertise spanning insolvency, labor law, and international contracts. She is currently a consultant at Studio Traverso e Associati and Officinalex. Her publications address topics in liability insurance, unfair competition, and legal education. Has direct work experience spans hospitality, tourism, spa and wellness, travel, railway operations, asset management, corporate governance, business planning, marketing, sustainability, and hospitality management.     The Online Academic Methodology

    Adhering to the highest standards of teaching methodology provided by EFMD, the Master is taught through interactive lectures, case study analyses, exercises, discussions, teamwork exercises, video conferences, business analysis and sessions of student presentations. Students are encouraged to read and engage in discussions and debates. The teaching methodology is based on learning by doing, with lecturers implementing a student-centered approach, getting students involved and providing activities that allow students to apply the knowledge acquired. The Online Methodology consists of live, interactive lectures, led and facilitated by professors. The programs are self-paced, as students take pre-master courses at their own speed and using self-assessment exercises. This practical, applicable methodology consists of synchronous and asynchronous activities.

    Students are free to learn at their own pace and define personal learning paths based on their individual needs and interests, as well as the content provided, taking into account the deadlines for learning, evaluation and assessments. The self-paced methodology is applied on the pre-master courses, which are based on pre-recorded interactive sessions led by the lecturer professor, with a PPT presentation, exercises and self-assessment for each course. Students study the material at their own pace and do a self-assessment exercise to track their progress.

    The online learning methodology is fully professor-led and facilitated live in real time. Every lecture is created and delivered by a lecturer using our online platform Blackboard. The communication tools used by the lecturers include discussion forums, chats, emails, breakout sessions, whiteboards, and audio and video sharing to communicate and work together. As a final step, sessions usually include an exercise or assessment to measure the learning.

    The online methodology in every class is live and interactive. Teaching methods and techniques are used creatively to develop an engaging and motivating learning experience. There is frequent interaction with the student interaction to foster and maintain engagement and promote learning.

    The online learning methodology is practical, with all the class activities and online learning methods, e-content and materials used also being put into practice in the different assessments (self-assessments, tests and practical assignments), capstone project and class activities.
