    Sabina Eminente is a senior executive with 25+ years of experience in marketing, business development, and leadership roles across major companies such as Nestlé, Mastercard, and lastminute.com. She is currently a Partner at YOURgroup in Italy, specializing in Fractional Marketing Leadership for SMEs, supporting them in positioning and growth strategies

    She also serves as Director of the Master in Digital Marketing & Business Transformation and Professor at Rome Business School, where she teaches marketing, digital transformation, and business ethics. Eminente has led marketing and business development initiatives across European markets, notably managing Mastercard’s Loyalty Solutions and Contactless innovations. She is also an active advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI), and the longevity economy.

    She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Università Bocconi and completed an Executive Leadership Program at London Business School. She is recognized for her contributions to digital transformation and marketing innovation. Served as researcher and lecturer from 5/1994 to 5/1995 at Bocconi University. Additionally, she holds various certifications, including Open Water Diver and certified boat operator.

In 2005, he co-founded Comtaste S.r.l., an IT consulting firm where he still serves as CEO, primarily overseeing strategic projects for the company and directly managing key clients, including several multinationals such as Adobe, Google, and HP. In 2019, he founded TS Mood S.r.l., an innovative startup operating in the online booking sector for tourism. He is also the Program Director of the Master in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Rome Business School.

    Elisa Barbieri Brand Strategist | Communication consultant

    With over 18 years of professional experience in brand strategy and communication, Elisa Barbieri is a bilingual branding expert and educator currently serving as Professor of Digital Branding at Santa Reparata International School of Art in Florence. She also lectures at the Rome Business School and IED (Istituto Europeo di Design) in both Milan and Florence. She holds an Honours degree in International Communication from the University for Foreigners of Perugia and completed advanced studies at the Miami Ad School Europe in Hamburg, where she specialized in Account Planning. As Co-founder and Communication Consultant at eibranding.com, she has led projects for international clients including Baker Hughes (G\&E Oil and Gas), AXA, Cisco (Fluidmesh), and Expo 2015. Her prior industry experience includes strategic roles at GHMC London, Euro RSCG Milan, and Atletico International in Barcelona. She brings a global perspective and creative acumen to both academic and professional settings.

    Marshall Langer is a native of Miami, Florida. He received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and has additionally taken extensive graduate coursework in Counseling Psychology at New York University. Marshall enjoyed a 12-year career in diverse business and finance sectors in the U.S. and Europe. He has worked on Wall Street on investment banking and risk arbitrage for firms like Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette as well as in trading for BNP Paribas. He further worked in the areas of corporate management, marketing strategy, management consulting, and real estate and he is also a Trained Group Counselor. Marshall has also taught at New York University’s Stern School of Business, Fordham University, University of Connecticut, Luiss University, and The American University of Rome. Marshall authored UN agency FAO Course guide: Fundamentals of International Business Management (Rome, 2006) and co-authored of Leveraged Buyouts (Rome, Kappa, 2012).

    Lorenzo Ermigiotti is a senior content strategist with over 25 years of professional experience in digital publishing, content marketing, and editorial management. He currently serves as a faculty member at Rome Business School, where he lectures on digital content strategy, content operations, and communication planning. Mr. Ermigiotti holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication from LUISS Business School and a Bachelor's in European Studies from the University of Essex. Over the course of his career, he has held leadership roles in major Italian digital media groups, including Triboo Media and Gruppo HTML, directing editorial strategy for publications such as Webnews, HTML.it, and Leonardo.it. He currently leads content operations at DOS Design and serves as a consultant through GLG, with additional experience supporting innovation ecosystems, including projects for INNOVIT San Francisco. His areas of expertise include brand communication, data-driven content optimization, SEO, and content monetization. Fluent in English, Spanish, and French, Mr. Ermigiotti combines cross-sector industry insight with academic engagement, contributing to the development of best practices in digital media and omnichannel content strategy.

    Valentino Megale CEO Softcare Studios

    Valentino Megale is a tech entrepreneur, biologist, and innovation advocate specializing in mental well-being through immersive technologies and data monitoring. He is the CEO and co-founder of Softcare Studios, a digital health startup that leverages advanced technologies to enhance medical treatments and support patients’ mental health. Valentino has over 7 years of professional experience in the digital health sector. He holds a PhD in Neuropharmacology from the "D’Annunzio" University of Chieti, with international experience in Austria and France. He is also an online lecturer in immersive technologies at the Web Marketing Festival and serves as Program Director and lecturer at Rome Business School. His academic background spans 6 years, focusing on neuropharmacology and biotechnology. Throughout his career, he has received several awards, including “Best E-Health Startup” at the Startup Europe Awards, and has taken part in international acceleration programs such as Accelerace and TMCx. Ms. Caprasecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Literature and Mass Media Communication from Roma Tre University and has completed executive training in Digital Transformation for SMEs (Milan, 2017) and Blockchain Management (Rome, 2020). She has been actively engaged in academic teaching and corporate training since 2017, delivering programs in both academic and professional settings, including Talent Garden. He is the Founder and President of SenseCatch, one of the top companies in the field of neuromarketing, and serves as the Program Director for the International Master in Neuromarketing and Customer Experience at Rome Business School. Dr. Ciceri holds a Ph.D. in Communication and Markets from the IULM University of Languages and Communication, where he also conducted postdoctoral research, specializing in neuromarketing.     Silvia Melandri is a legal consultant & Senior Lawyer expert and lecturer with over 25 years of professional experience in civil, commercial, and international law. She currently teaches International Business Law and related subjects. A graduate of LUISS Guido Carli University (Law, 1999), she earned her degree summa cum laude with a thesis in industrial law. Ms. Melandri has taught at the University of Tuscia as “Cultore della materia” and delivered specialized legal training for institutions including Banca Esperia and Ospedale Belcolle.​ Admitted to the legal profession in 2003, she has served as legal consultant and litigator for leading Italian firms and international clients such as Lloyd’s of London, Ralph Lauren, and SNAM Rete Gas, with expertise spanning insolvency, labor law, and international contracts. She is currently a consultant at Studio Traverso e Associati and Officinalex. Her publications address topics in liability insurance, unfair competition, and legal education. Skilled in strategic management and business planning, service marketing, business development, sustainability, organizational design and capacity building. Has direct work experience spans hospitality, tourism, spa and wellness, travel, railway operations, asset management, corporate governance, business planning, marketing, sustainability, and hospitality management.     The online learning methodology is fully professor-led and facilitated live in real time. Every lecture is created and delivered by a lecturer using our online platform Blackboard. The communication tools used by the lecturers include discussion forums, chats, emails, breakout sessions, whiteboards, and audio and video sharing to communicate and work together. As a final step, sessions usually include an exercise or assessment to measure the learning.

    The online methodology in every class is live and interactive. Teaching methods and techniques are used creatively to develop an engaging and motivating learning experience. There is frequent interaction with the student interaction to foster and maintain engagement and promote learning.

    The online learning methodology is practical, with all the class activities and online learning methods, e-content and materials used also being put into practice in the different assessments (self-assessments, tests and practical assignments), capstone project and class activities.
