Through direct engagement with entrepreneurs, managers, and prestigious local organizations, you will gain a deep understanding of Italian and international food & beverage management, discovering how tradition, innovation, and sustainability come together to build globally recognized brands. From world-class wineries to luxury hospitality experiences, you will explore how territorial excellence is transformed into successful international business strategies.

• Participate in training sessions led by experts from local institutions.
• Collaborate with fellow participants on a real-world business challenge from day one, culminating in a presentation on the last day.

• Accomodation at Volognano Castle, transfers and all meals and tastings from breakfast to dinner are included during the program
