    Carmine Paragano

    Carmine Paragano is a seasoned executive and educator with over 25 years of professional experience in project and program management, IT governance, and agile transformation. He currently serves as Senior Director and Head of Enterprise Agility & Program Governance at NTT DATA Italia, where he also sits on the Academy Board, leading strategic initiatives in corporate training, agile adoption, and governance frameworks. Mr. Paragano holds an Engineer’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sapienza University of Rome and is certified in PMP, SAFe, PMI-ACP, ITIL v3, and Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master.

    He has over 10 years of teaching experience, currently lecturing in Project Management at Università degli Studi Niccolò Cusano, where he contributes to the Master’s program and academic faculty selection committees.
    His industry background spans the banking, telecommunications, automotive, and public sectors, where he has led complex transformation projects, IT governance strategies, and large-scale agile implementations across Europe. As President of PMI Central Italy, he actively bridges academia, professional communities, and global corporate partners through seminars, webinars, and mentorship programs.
    Mr. Paragano is the author of a technical manual on engineering project management, contributor to Il Project Manager magazine, and has presented at over a dozen academic and industry events, including at La Sapienza, LUISS, and Agile Lean Conference. His work integrates academic rigor with practical leadership in innovation and digital transformation.

    Giampaolo D'angelo Legal Expert and Consultant

    Giampaolo D’Angelo is a legal expert and senior consultant with over 25 years of professional experience in European project design, international law, and public policy. He teaches at the Rome Business School and Challenge Network, where he delivers courses in EU funding programs, intellectual property rights, and international contracting. A graduate in Law, he has served as Legal Advisor to international institutions including the FAO and the European Commission, and as Project Manager for multiple EU-funded initiatives across public and private sectors. Since 1998, he has led his own legal consultancy, specializing in transnational programs and regulatory compliance. D’Angelo has held strategic roles for the Italian Ministry of Labour, Regione Lazio, and the European Parliament, coordinating complex international partnerships. He holds certifications in public investment programming and economic development planning.

    Stefano Cera President Lazio Delegation of Aif

    With 25 years of professional experience, Stefano currently serves as Senior Trainer and President of the Board of Directors for the Lazio Regional Delegation of AIF (Italian Association of Trainers), a position he held from 2016 to 2023. He also acts as an Advisor to the National Council of CONNECTANCE ETS. His expertise in training spans key areas including team building, soft skills, personal and organizational development, civil and commercial mediation, and communication. Over the years, he has collaborated with a range of institutions such as ICE (Italian Trade Agency), EduBP, and CISP (Interdisciplinary Center for Peace Studies).

    Raffaele Mannella Program Director of Master in Entrepreneurship

    Over 26 years of experience as an Export Manager, Entrepreneur, and Project & Operations Manager, with a focus on enterprise software applications and professional services. Passionate about Project Management, particularly in the Information Technology sector, he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). In 2005, he co-founded Comtaste S.r.l., an IT consulting firm where he still serves as CEO, primarily overseeing strategic projects for the company and directly managing key clients, including several multinationals such as Adobe, Google, and HP. In 2019, he founded TS Mood S.r.l., an innovative startup operating in the online booking sector for tourism. He is also the Program Director of the Master in Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Rome Business School.

    Paolo Maria Innocenzi CyberSec Specialist @ TIM

    ​ Paolo Maria Innocenzi is a cybersecurity specialist with over 35 years of professional experience in IT innovation, digital training, and cyber risk management. He currently serves as a Cyber Security Specialist at TIM, where he supports enterprise clients in developing tailored cybersecurity solutions, with a focus on threat intelligence and compliance frameworks.​ He holds a degree in Information Technology Engineering from Università Telematica Internazionale UNINETTUNO. His academic involvement spans decades, particularly in the design of digital learning environments and technology-enhanced training systems for institutions such as UNINETTUNO and RAI. Innocenzi has led complex projects across telecommunications, finance, and education sectors, including international collaborations with MIT (USA), Open University (UK), and European central banks. He has held senior roles in Telecom Italia, TILS, and IFAP, specializing in technology strategy, workflow optimization, and multimedia learning. Certified as an ISO 27001 Lead Auditor and Google Cloud specialist, he is the author of Strategie di CRM (Bruno Editore, 2011) and an advocate for innovation-driven knowledge dissemination in cybersecurity.

    With over 35 years of professional experience in project and program management, Viviane Arazi is an expert in Waterfall and Agile Project Management, Business Analysis, Organizational Change Management, and Scrum. She holds a degree in Statistical Sciences from La Sapienza University in Rome and has more than 15 years of university teaching experience, having collaborated with institutions such as UniCusano, La Sapienza, and the University of Udine. Viviane has held managerial roles at Procter & Gamble, Hewlett Packard, and DXC Technology, where she led complex programs in sectors including consumer goods, public administration, transportation, and IT governance. She has managed international projects with globally distributed teams, serving as an Account Delivery Manager and applying methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and SAFe. She is a certified trainer accredited by PMI, Scrum.org, Axelos, APMG, and ScaledAgile, holding over 15 professional certifications, including PMP, PgMP, ACP, and PRINCE2. She has developed training materials for CAPM and PMP courses for various institutions.     Marino Lizza brings over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, general manager, public investment officer, project manager, and trainer. He currently serves as a lecturer and trainer in economic and organizational subjects at academic institutions and advanced training centers, collaborating with organizations such as Rome Business School and AKA Campus.​ He holds a Law degree from La Sapienza University of Rome, along with a postgraduate specialization in European Community Law and Economics and a Master's in Diplomatic Studies from SIOI (Italian Society for International Organization). In the industrial sector, he has held executive and technical roles at INVITALIA, ATAC, and CONFSERVIZI, leading European projects focused on innovation, sustainability, and skills development.​ Marino has also provided international consulting services for public bodies and private enterprises across Europe and Asia. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) by the Project Management Institute (PMI), with deep expertise in project management, including agile and hybrid approaches.     Diletta Lugli Environmental biologist-Climate Change and Sustainability

    Diletta Lugli is an environmental biologist and Climate Change and Sustainability Consultant with over 7 years of professional experience across public, private and international institutions. She currently serves as a Senior Consultant in Climate Change and Sustainability Services at EY in Rome, where she manages environmental compliance audits, designs ISO-based training programs, and conducts corporate climate risk assessments. She holds a Master’s degree in Biodiversity and Ecosystem Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Roma Tre University. Her certifications include ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor, SA8000:2014 Auditor, and DELF B2 in French.​ Ms. Lugli has contributed to high-impact sustainability projects with the European Maritime Safety Agency, the Italian National Research Council (CNR), and the Italian Ministry of Environment, focusing on maritime environmental legislation, climate adaptation, and sustainable mobility in small islands. She is a co-author of key reports such as the European Maritime Transport Environmental Report 2021 and Isole Sostenibili 2024. Her work reflects a strong integration of environmental science with regulatory and policy expertise.

The assessment will be based on the candidate’s academic history, previous experience in the topics covered in the Master’s programme and personal motivation. The application for admission will be examined by the Academic Committee of the Rome Business School after being submitted. In order to ensure the candidate’s eligibility, it is essential that all the required documentation is provided.
