Develop the knowledge necessary to pass the CAPM® certification exam (Certified Associate in Project Management) of the Project Management Institute®! Rome Business School is accredited Global R.E.P. – Registered Education Provider at the Project Management Institute (PMI) ®. The accreditation certifies the qualification of specialized training provider on Project Management, recognized for the quality of the courses and for their adherence to the international PMI standards. Each certified course allows you to mature Contact Hours / PDUs, teaching units necessary for requesting and maintaining PMI® certifications.
The course is exclusively available in Italian language.
There are no prerequisites necessary to attend our course. To be admitted to take the certification exam, however, you must have some minimal requirements:
The course refers to the PMBoK® Guide (Project Management Body of Knowledge), the reference text, published by the Project Management Institute, which describes the five process groups and the ten areas of knowledge necessary for project managers. To complete the course, 23 PDUs (Professional Development Units) are assigned, necessary for access to the CAPM® certification exam.

Professors:
Stefano Orfei, graduated in Political Science at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, he is Project Management Professional (PMP® / PMI®) and enrolled in the PMI® Rome Italy Chapter. He began his professional career in marketing and since 1998 he has dealt with consultancy and professional training. Over the past 13 years he has followed training projects at national and international level. He was project manager in a large service organization (Telecom Italia Learning Services) where he designed and developed various training interventions, including complex ones. Among his most interesting projects are the design, organization and realization of 11 Learning Tours, or visits of managers and executives to private companies for the sharing of good practices and ideas for innovation, in the areas of customer care and sales, in Italy and especially abroad (France, Spain, Tunisia, UK). Recently, for two years, in Bucharest he led an international team on two strategic projects, co-financed by the European Social Fund, in the field of Quality in Education.
Riccardo Orfei, he worked extensively in ICT, initially covering specialist roles, and, from 1987 onwards, being responsible for technical staff, work groups, small, medium and large projects. In 1999 he obtained the Project Management Institute certification as Project Management Professional PMP®. He is enrolled in the PMI® and the Rome Italy Chapter. He currently deals with professional training in the field of Project Management. He graduated in Education Sciences with a focus on “Training and Human Resource Development”. He is a member of the Italian Trainers Association where he takes part in the work of the “Professional Professional Trainers” Community of Practice.
The course is spread over four lessons on alternate weekends for a total of 23 hours of training including one hour of exam simulation.
The CAPM® certification (Certified Associate in Project Management) is a prestigious certification, based on the knowledge of project management principles and ideal for graduates or recent graduates because previous work experience in the field is not required.
