Antonio Scialletti is an experienced senior strategy advisor with over 25 years of expertise in international business development and management consulting, living and working in USA (Boston and Seattle) for 4 years, 8 years in Milano-Italy in Deloitte, and 8 years in Shanghai-China.

He currently serves as MBA Program Director and Strategy Professor at Rome Business School since 2019, where he leads business strategy courses. . Additionally, he is Strategy Director & Project Leader for the LIFE Project at SBS Group in Varese, Italy, focusing on international business development and sustainable projects. Mr. Scialletti’s career includes leadership roles such as CEO of GEA International in Shanghai and General Manager at William George Asia Ltd.

Daniele Maver is a seasoned executive with over 40 years of experience in the automotive and finance sectors. He began his professional journey in 1984 at Ford Italy, later joining Nissan Italy, where he played a key role in the startup phase and development of the National Sales Company. Over his 12-year tenure at Nissan, he held several senior national roles — including Chief Financial Officer and Sales & Marketing Director — as well as international assignments. Notably, he successfully led the launch of Nissan's captive finance company, serving as Managing Director for four years. In 2000, he joined Ford Motor Company in the UK and, in 2002, was appointed Managing Director of Ford Credit Italia, Ford’s financial services division in Italy. From May 2007 to 2021, he served as President and CEO of Jaguar Land Rover Italia, overseeing operations, strategy, and the brand's growth in the Italian market. He has deep expertise in strategic, financial, and operational management, and has contributed significantly to mergers and acquisitions, financial product development, and dealer network management. He currently teaches at LUISS Business School, where he leads courses on Smart Mobility, Automotive Marketing, and Brand Management. Giorgia Raguzzi is the Deputy Director and Partner at the Accademia di Comunicazione Strategica (ACS) in Milan, where she is responsible for training. She brings over ten years of professional experience in strategic communication, soft skills development, and talent selection and enhancement. She has held significant academic roles for more than seven years and currently teaches at POLIMI Graduate School of Management, Rome Business School, ISTUD Business School, and Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Her areas of expertise include Negotiation, Public Speaking, Team Dynamics, and Strategic Pitching, primarily aimed at postgraduate and MBA students. She holds a Master's degree in Communication Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of Milan. Additionally, she has earned certifications in the O.D.I.® method and Gentle Leadership. Alongside her academic work, she has held positions of responsibility in external communication and consulting, collaborating with international institutions and companies on projects related to communication strategy and negotiation training.

The admission process is aimed to verify the candidate’s eligibility to attend the International MBA Online. The candidate’s academic history, previous experiences in the topics covered in the Master and motivation will be matters of the evaluation. Once it’s sent, the application will be evaluated by the Rome Business School’s academic committee. In order to ensure the application’s suitability, it is important to deliver all of the required documentation.

Payment of the participation fee of € 19.000 can be made in the following ways:
