Design and deliver preliminary activities that prepare participants to gain the maximum benefit from the program. Properly preparing participants before the program begins is essential to maximize their engagement and involvement. This includes introducing pre-training materials that spark curiosity and foster a readiness to learn, thereby increasing the overall effectiveness of the program.
