Maria Luisa Garofalo is a dedicated professional with over eight years of experience at Medici Senza Frontiere, where she has contributed to fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and development. Currently serving as the Culture and People Development Coordinator, she focuses on organizational leadership, staff training, and personal development.
Her journey with Medici Senza Frontiere began in 2016 as a Human Resources Development Specialist, where she specialized in recruitment, talent attraction, performance management, and internal communications. Later, as Talent Acquisition & Development Coordinator, she played a key role in aligning recruitment strategies with the organization’s mission.
