Who is Flaminia Fazi?

Flaminia is a pioneering coach and leadership expert who founded Italy’s first coaching company, U2COACH, in 1999 and later expanded her impact by acquiring The Performance Solution in 2018. As CEO, she leads global coaching and development initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, Australia, and Africa.
