During the first module of the Executive Master in Marketing & Sales, students will learn how to:

  • Understand and effectively manage decision paths related to marketing and sales planning and management.

During the second module of the Executive Master in Marketing & Sales, students will learn how to:

  • Identify challenges and be able to overcome them by creating an appropriate sales strategy.
  • Create a marketing and sales strategy and plan by thoroughly implementing knowledge and understanding of marketing, sales, and giving of competitive information.

Leadership Program

Soft skills are personal characteristics that influence relationships, communication, and interaction with others, all of which are critical for business success and effective leadership in today’s high-tech world and digital transformation. Without proper leadership, no new technology or innovation can be implemented. The Leadership Program is a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and reinvention that prepares participants to be future leaders. The program is practice-oriented, with 5 interactive courses that include a self-assessment test, role plays, and quizzes.

Captstone Project

At the end of your educational experience, you will have the chance to prove your abilities by tackling a real business challenge. Use your talent to identify opportunities and create a truly innovative strategy.

Tackle a real company challenge. You can choose to be part of a small team and design a Marketing plan for a new business or develop a strategy to increase online sales or create a loyalty offering for different generation.

You will be given two case studies from two real companies that will allow you to test your knowledge learnt during the master’s course.

Previous years’ experiences

Development of an executive project (Event Management) for a large event held a about two years ago in the entertainment industry. The challenge is to prepare it and sell it at the right price.

 

Development of an executive project with the Marketing Department.

Create a content strategy for Unilever’s virtual Web site tour by creating an interesting branding strategy using unconventional tools and out-of-the-box thinking.

Preparation of brief to be provided to an advertising agency/concessionaire for the promotion of a Sky TV Italia product.

A graduate in Economics from the "G. D'Annunzio" University of Pescara, he has accumulated over 25 years of university teaching experience in marketing and business organization. The author of numerous specialized texts, including *Marketing 2.0 per il No Profit* (Franco Angeli), he has collaborated with Italian and international companies and institutions, also as a member of scientific committees and designer of training programs.
