During the first module of the Executive Master in Marketing & Sales, students will learn how to:

  • Understand and effectively manage decision paths related to marketing and sales planning and management.

During the second module of the Executive Master in Marketing & Sales, students will learn how to:

  • Identify challenges and be able to overcome them by creating an appropriate sales strategy.

Without proper leadership, no new technology or innovation can be implemented. The Leadership Program is a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and reinvention that prepares participants to be future leaders. Captstone Project

At the end of your educational experience, you will have the chance to prove your abilities by tackling a real business challenge. Use your talent to identify opportunities and create a truly innovative strategy.

Tackle a real company challenge. You can choose to be part of a small team and design a Marketing plan for a new business or develop a strategy to increase online sales or create a loyalty offering for different generation.

You will be given two case studies from two real companies that will allow you to test your knowledge learnt during the master’s course.

Previous years’ experiences

Development of an executive project (Event Management) for a large event held a about two years ago in the entertainment industry. The challenge is to prepare it and sell it at the right price.

 

Development of an executive project with the Marketing Department.

Create a content strategy for Unilever’s virtual Web site tour by creating an interesting branding strategy using unconventional tools and out-of-the-box thinking.

Preparation of brief to be provided to an advertising agency/concessionaire for the promotion of a Sky TV Italia product.

Valentino Megale is a tech entrepreneur, biologist, and innovation advocate specializing in mental well-being through immersive technologies and data monitoring. Antonio Ferrandina is a university professor and consultant with over 30 years of professional experience in strategic marketing, writing, business planning, and management training. He currently serves as a Professor of Marketing at Roma Tre University, Pegaso Telematic University, LUISS Business School, the University of Pisa, and other Italian academic institutions. A graduate in Economics from the "G. D'Annunzio" University of Pescara, he has accumulated over 25 years of university teaching experience in marketing and business organization. The author of numerous specialized texts, including *Marketing 2.0 per il No Profit* (Franco Angeli), he has collaborated with Italian and international companies and institutions, also as a member of scientific committees and designer of training programs.
