Humphrey Akanazu is the Country Manager of Rome Business School in Nigeria, the International Coordinator for the International School of Entrepreneurship for Trainers and University students in Nigeria and the founder of Association of Family Business Owners of Nigeria.
He is a Researcher, a Social Entrepreneur, and an Educationist with a Master Degree in Social Services Management from Roma Tre University, Peace Building Management from the University of St. Bonaventure (Rome) and a Master in Marketing and Communication from Rome Business School. He obtained his Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Valladolid, Spain.
Humphrey specializes in Entrepreneurship development and Innovation in both the Education and Financial Services Sector. In 2011, Humphrey worked as a researcher at the Interfaces of Psychology, Spain. He has also worked as a researcher with the Finance and Bank Association (AssociazioneEffebi), Italy.
Cecilia is an accomplished and seasoned professional with accounting, audit, finance and banking career spanning over 27years. She holds a BSC. (Hons) Accounting UNILAG, MBA (OAU) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, (FCA). She is a Senior Honorary Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers Of Nigeria (CIBN) and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACITN).
Her Audit and Accountancy practice career of about 7years was spent at Uniugbe Akintola and Co before moving to the Finance and Banking Sector.
Her banking career which spanned almost 17years began at Merchant Bank of Commerce Ltd and on to 10years at the United Bank for Africa and about 3years at Ecobank Nigeria Plc,
Since leaving the Ecobank group as an Assistant General Manager in 2009, Cecilia has been involved in Accounting, Consultancy and Training work.
Cecilia is presently a partner of Averti Professional Managers a Consultancy firm providing the following services: Training, Financial services, Auditing, Taxation, Process Management and Consultancy. The company is currently based in Lagos Nigeria.
Fisayo Oyedeji is the Group Managing Director (GMD) of Core Trust & Investment Limited, a full service investment banking and financial services outfit. He has cognate and demonstrable experience in credit, corporate finance, investment banking, structured finance and treasury management;
He has a PhD in Strategic Management from Babcock University after graduating previously with B.Sc. Accounting, M.Sc. Business Administration and Masters in International Law & Diplomacy (MILD) from the University of Lagos, as well as an MBA from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Also a Fellow of institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), Chartered institute of Bankers (ACIB), Chartered institute of Stockbrokers (FCS) and Chartered institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCITN).
He is also the Chief Promoter of Financial Care Advisers Limited, an entrepreneurial, finance and philanthropy center; catering to the need of the youth and unemployed for empowerment in business, skills acquisition, financial literacy and care. I am on board of many notable companies / organizations in Nigeria and abroad.
Mr Obianuju (Uju) Onwuzulike who teaches strategic management to MBA students at Rome Business School is one of the African leading authorities on strategic thinking, systems thinking and strategic management. He was a Steve Haines trained strategy and systems thinking expert and a former global partner of Haines Centre for Strategic Management, California, USA. In 2007, he founded Mentoring Consult Ltd (MCL) – a strategic management and outstanding performance specialist firm headquartered in Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria.
Being a skilled and insightful facilitator and trainer, he has worked with boards, CEOs, executives and senior managers in areas such as: systems leadership, leading organizational growth, developing strategic thinking competence, systems thinking, leading strategic & cultural transformation, strategic planning, change & implementation, and building a culture of accountability.

Francis Toromade is a master degree holder in Agribusiness Management from Rome Business School.
He is the former Group Head, Strategy & Policy; General Manager Sales and Marketing at Amo Byng Nig. Ltd; Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery Ltd; Diversay Solutions Ltd; natnudO Food.
Together with his production and marketing team, he pioneered innovative research to improve livestock production and management in the Nigerian market.
He was part of the team to test Rice Meal (Rice Bran) in animal feed formulation in Nigeria (as supplement to Maize) in order to reduce feed production cost. He was also part of the team to introduce the mostly widely used protease enzyme (Cibenza); to test the use of Alimet (Liquid Methionine 88%) and Methyl Hydroxy Analogue (MHA 84%) produced by Novus International for reducing Livestock feed production cost in Nigeria. He led introduction of Interactive Voice Response (IVR), e- CRM application into Amo Byng Nig Ltd and Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery Ltd to signal the first introduction into Nigeria Livestock Industry.
Human Resources Management
Kayode Abe is a Strategy and Organization Development Specialist. He holds a First Class Honors degree in Sociology & Anthropology obtained in 1985 from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and finished as the best graduating student in his class. He obtained his MBA from the same Institution.
He holds membership of both the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) on which he sits as Chairman, Research & Publications Committee in the past three consecutive years and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria..
Kayode Abe consults in diverse organization development engagements and facilitates human resource management courses . He is on the Faculty Member of a number of reputable training institutions including Financial Institutions Training Centre, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Learning Resource Associates (LRA), Microstart Global Associates, Kingspride Consult etc. and has been on the faculty of the Financial Institutions Training Centre, Lagos for over two decades.
Shina Alabede is currently a Management Services and Business Development Consultant. He holds a B.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from University of Ibadan, Ibadan (1983), MBA specialization in Financial Management (1997) from Lagos State University. He is a member of Nigeria Institute of Management, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and Institute of Credit Administration.
He has over 25 years cumulative professionalism in Commercial/ Corporate Banking and Finance with competencies and considerable experience acquired holding senior positions in Business Development/Market Expansion, Relationship Management, Credit and Remedial Management, Micro Finance Project Development, Customer Care and Financial Management.
He is a Certified Training Consultant and Facilitator to Financial Institution Training Centre (FITC).
Kayode is a finance executive with over 30 years quality experience in consulting, banking and other financial institutions. He has specialist skills in corporate financing, business restructuring, financial reporting, audit, governance and risk management from leading organisations in Nigeria, West/East Africa and the United Kingdom.
He is versed in identifying market opportunities and crafting appropriate strategy, supporting structure and monitoring systems for achieving superior results.
He has been involved at all stages of organization funding activities from identification to settlement. He is vastly experienced in assessing funding needs and structuring beneficial financing packages.
He holds B.Sc. Accounting (First Class) and MBA both from Obafemi Awolowo University. Professionally, he is a Certified Internal Auditor of the Global Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). Kayode is an Alumnus of Lagos Business School Advance Management Programme (AMP) and a participant at the AVIRA Programme of INSEAD.
