The Executive Master in Supply Chain Management and Logistics is designed to provide professionals with the right skills to effectively manage Logistics and the Supply Chain by embracing all the new technologies and the latest trends. Paolo Fincato
After working for some years in the technical area (ERICSSON – 1993/1995), he directed his professional development in the managerial area by attending a Master in Business Administration at SDA Bocconi University – Milan. He then gained more than 25 years of experience in the Purchasing and Supplier Management area, both as a consultant and in managerial roles. From 1995 to 2001 he worked on change management, process redesign and cost reduction projects in Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), then in Solving International, and finally in WIND telecommunications. From 2002 to 2014 Paolo worked for BravoSolution, now Jaggaer (software tools for Purchasing and Supplier Management activities provided in Cloud / SaaS and consulting services on Purchasing) starting with the start-up and then playing a decisive role in the development of the business in Italy both in the industrial sectors (Finmeccanica Group, SKY, ARISTON, etc.) and in the regulated sectors (Rome Airports, Italian Railways, ANAS, etc.). Since 2014 it has started its activity with the aim of supporting companies determined to obtain important improvements in the management of purchases, suppliers and the supply chain. Main areas: 1) Strategic approach to Purchasing through Category Management 2) Cost Reduction Actions leveraging on Purchasing 3) Implementation of tools to support Supplier and Supply Chain Management processes. It works both for large customers (Ferrari, Magneti Marelli, McDonald’s Italia, Riello, etc.) and for small and medium-sized companies (Pasta ZARA, Gruppo Cantina La-Vis, Favini, Angelantoni, Viticoltori Ponte, etc.). Member of the Board of the CSCMP Roundtable Italy for which he holds training courses in the areas of specialization. Innovative trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
FRANCESCO AMENDOLA
Electronic Engineer with over 15 years of professional experience, he currently holds the position of ICT Director at ATAC and one of the largest in Europe, coordinating the work of about 180 people. The main skills acquired are in IT Service Management and IT Governance (ITIL v3 Foundation and Green Belt Six Sigma certified), as well as in IT Security and Data Protection. He has often been a speaker at conferences, guest speaker and lecturer at university courses. He specializes in identifying advanced technological solutions aimed at reducing costs (TCO), and the re-engineering of processes in the Digital Transformation field

Vincenzo Mazzotta (PHD – MBA) is a Chartered Accountant and University Lecturer. He teaches Financial Management & Markets, Business Economics, Project Management and Organizational Behavior at various Italian and International Universities (including Lumsa and St. John’s University). As a consultant, he has been working in the Subsidized Finance and Corporate Finance sector for over 15 years, supporting companies and research centers in finding national and international financing for investments in Research and Development

Senior Project Manager with more than 10 years of experience in planning, managing, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating large-scale international development projects, well familiar with EU Instrument Pre-Acquis (IPA); European Development Fund (EDF); Procedures relating to the European Neighborhood and Partnership Instruments (ENPI). Area of expertise is Business Development, supporting government institutions in the implementation of development programs by providing them with technical assistance and scientific and analytical equipment, with a focus on consulting services for participation in international tenders and tenders (EuropeAid and the World Bank). The admission process is aimed to verify the candidate’s eligibility to attend the Master. The candidate’s academic history, previous experiences in the topics covered in the Master and motivation will be matters of the evaluation. Once it’s sent, the application will be evaluated by the Rome Business School’s academic committee. Scholarships
Based on their personal profile, experience and proven motivation, the candidate may be awarded a scholarship to partially cover the participation fee. In fact, Rome Business School offers the most deserving candidates the opportunity to benefit from 7 different types of scholarships. These partial economic hedges can consist of 6 months of interest-free financing.
Competition for scholarships increases as the starting date approaches and funds are limited, so it is advisable to apply as soon as possible.
