Michela Bonafoni was born in Rome in 1979. In love with fashion and the artistic world from an early age, she decided to study “Science of fashion and costume” at the La Sapienza University of Rome after graduating from high school. Then she moved to London and studied her MBA in Fashion Marketing and Communication at Central St Martins College in London. He has worked for many companies in Italy and New York. In 2010 he moved to Milan and opened his communication and PR agency called “360 + OneQuarter” specializing in the launch of new designers in collaboration with Vogue Talents. Michela has been teaching since she was at university and specializes in semiotics and fashion communication. He has been teaching IED ROMA for five years. He is now a “FASHION TREND RESEARCHER” for the most important Wella Hairstyling brand called “MITU ‘CREATIVE HAIRSTYILING” and works with the creative direction.
GIULIANA BALDO CHIARON
She is Marketing & Business Development Manager, with over 20 years in the fashion and ICT sectors. She is Adjunct Professor at Sapienza, University of Rome (Faculty of Economics) where she teaches Enterprise Communication Management & Digital Communication since 2018. Passionate about open innovation and digital transformation, she worked for Computer Sciences Corporation, for C3 Europe and Alphatelecom (in London, UK) and is now Commercial Planning Manager for Irideos.
Jenni currently deals with communication – press office and production for the 8MOON company, with which she has created numerous projects for cinema and fashion and a line of bags available online on the e-commerce and consulting platform.
Among his experiences, he worked as Sales Manager for Altea Roma Showroom, Fendi Showroom, Blauer Showroom and Benetton Sisley Showroom
Fashion Executive Advisor, Product Developer and Product Manager in the fashion industry. He worked in Barcelona for the Inditex headquarters for the Massimo Dutti brand as a Fashion Buyer and Merchandiser. He currently works as a fashion consultant in Milan. He holds an MA in Fashion Management.
Adjunct professor at the Rome Film Academy (copyright and intellectual property). He provides full legal assistance to a pharmaceutical multinational on a daily basis. Passionate about start-ups, blockchain and new technologies. Her specializations include: fashion law, e-commerce contracts, consumer protection, terms and conditions, media and entertainment agreements: production, publishing, management, sponsorship, social media, Among the companies she has worked for: DONG & Partners Law Firm, Eli Lilly and Company, Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
Alessandra has 17 years of work experience in the fashion and luxury world, working for over 13 years at Bvlgari currently as Senior Sales and Marketing Manager. He has gained experience in Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design focused on the beauty luxury categories: (perfumes, skin care, make up)
He worked for 7 years in visual merchandising (interior / showcase). 3 years visual area (Asia / America / South Africa / East and North Europe). 2 years of creative shop window design. He also worked on soundtracks for films, commercials and TV series. Among the companies he worked for: H&M, 7camicie.
Camilla Carrega is teacher and owner and operational director of the luxury castle of Volognano and senior consultant for the branding and communication strategy for Food Beverage companies. Volognano is also a farm still engaged in the production of young and aged IGT Chianti Colli Fiorentini wines, grappa, extra virgin olive oil and vinsanto, and is a reseller of these products and other specialties of the surrounding area. Graduated in Viticulture at the University of Florence and master in Oenology, she was a wine instructor, President of the wine department and academic coordinator of food and wine studies at the Apicius international hospitality school in Florence, traveling several times to the USA to promote the Italian lifestyle through food and wine, he has also collaborated with the James Beard Foundation in New York, and several American universities.
She is an international head hunter focused in the luxury, fashion and design industry and a human resources consultant. Silvia has held senior HR positions for major multinational companies. She has a significant track record of working in the FMCG and Luxury Goods sectors, having worked with Swiss listed Lindt & SprüngliGroup where she was Human Resources Director. Whirlpool Europe, where she was HR manager for Central Europe, and Prada, based in Milan, as Human Resources Manager Europe, focusing on international recruiting and new business development: brand acquisitions and Prada
He began his work experience in 1984 in Ford Italy and continued his career in Nissan Italy supporting the start-up and development of the National Sales Company. In twelve years at Nissan, he has held various roles as CFO and Sales & Marketing Director. He also started the new Captive Finance Company, of which he was CEO for 4 years. In 2002, he assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of Ford Credit, the Ford Group finance company. Since May 2007 he has been President and CEO of Jaguar Land Rover Italy. He has an MBA from Bocconi School of Management.

A Historical Heritage
The building, designed by Achille Zinnari, was built for the 1911 Universal Exhibition.
In that occasion, an Exposition celebrating the fiftieth anniversary of the Unification of Italy was also organized in Rome, and a national architecture competition was launched for the construction of ten villas. Among these, the Villino Avenali, now the Rome Business School campus.
